David & Mary are pleased to offer the perfect vacation rental. 100% relaxation or if you're more about going and doing, our New Smyrna Beach condo is 30 min. south of the Daytona International Speedway, 40 min. north of Kennedy Space Center and about an hour from Orlando and Orlando area attractions.
This is a view of the beach from the top of the stairs on the walk way...I'm feeling more relaxed already.
The condo is located in the Sun Beach Club complex which is across the street from the beach (approximately a 3 min. walk depending on how big of a hurry you are to get your toes in white sugar sand). The condo features:
A master bedroom suite on the main floor (bedroom with private bathroom)...king size bed with walk in closets and ceiling fan.
An upstairs bedroom suite (bedroom with private bathroom) just off the loft...two single beds that can be joined, ceiling fan and window seat.
The loft has a desk and a futon (we call it a writers loft) which can be opened into an extra bed. The loft overlooks the dinning room and living room.
The living room is appointed with two over stuffed recliners and an over stuffed sofa which also reclines. Entertainment center with t.v., VCR/DVD combo, fireplace and cable.
wireless internet is available on both floors as well as at the lanai down by the pool
The formal dining room seats up to 6 adults and the kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, blender, smoothie machine, pantry, fridge and more...there's even a washer and dryer.
Outside the door you're a three minute walk from the beach or the Sun Beach Club pool which includes a hot tub, and a covered lounge area for when you want to get out of the sun.
